    My wife and I had dinner at Ocean Prime after watching a show downtown. Our reservation was honored promptly and our request for a booth was granted. When making the reservation, we had indicated that we are both gluten free diners - this was confirmed when we were seated and reconfirmed by each member of the wait staff who served us, which we greatly appreciated. We started with the berries and bubbles mocktail, followed by truffle deviled eggs (amazing!) and house salad appetizers. Our main dishes — ribeye with black truffle butter and twin lobster tails with drawn butter — were perfectly cooked and everything you’d expect from an upscale surf and turf dinner. We shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert - as gluten free diners, we didn’t eat the graham cracker crust on the bottom but the cream cheese and strawberry filling was delicious. We appreciated the excellent service from our server Christian - attentive without being intrusive. We were 100% satisfied with both the food and the experience, and look forward to returning to Ocean Prime in the future.

    Always outstanding and extra credit to our terrific server who kept checking with the kitchen in order to make sure our entrees were under way and not coming from the DTC location. Many private events and functions on top of lots of covers, even at an early hour, so understandable that the kitchen was slammed. Her simple checking and communicating with us made all the difference and managing expectations is rarely done elsewhere. When the food arrived (plenty of time before a theatre curtain nearby), it was very well-plated and each entree was outstanding. Chilean Sea Bass for my spouse and Florida Grouper for me. In fact, it was the best thing to come out of that state in at least a decade though that doesn't set the bar very high. Ocean Prime is not low-cost but it is very good value-for-money taking everything into account. Great meal.

    Food was delicious. I don’t think there’s anything bad in the menu. It is pricey though, but the quality trumps that issue. The service was great, our waiter was very attentive to our table and the drink Berries and Bubbles was amazing!

    Chris was our server and he did a great job! All of the staff are very attentive and professional. Food was amazing from the colossal shrimp cocktail to the surf and turf, red snapper and finally the crème brûlée. We always enjoy our occasions to eat at Ocean Prime Larimer Square.
