It was moms birthday I made a reservation and made a special request. Upon arrival the hostess didn’t wait to hear about my reservation. We were quickly escorted to a table not in the best location. Different servers would drop items off at the table and then rush off so it was hard to communicate or make requests for sauces, water etc. After several attempts I was able to indicate to the server who took our final order about celebrating a birthday we ordered dessert and a group came over to sing happy birthday. It was a fun gesture however they placed a hat on my brother head and started singing. We were disappointed because it was the wrong person at the table. I had specifically stated my moms name in our reservation the purpose of the reservation along with the special requests. I later received an email that I missed my reservation so obviously the hostess got it all wrong from the beginning and messed up the entire plan and reservation. No complaints about the food it was okay and overall it is a fun restaurant. However communication was definitely an issue.

Great and friendly service and food was great - they accommodated all of our modifications and our kids loved it!
