   Very poor service! Waiter was not concerned about us whatsoever. Me and my wife constantly asked passing waiters for water refills. Also this place did not have enough food in stock! We couldn't order the Valentines special nor our desired dessert because they ran out! At that point we paid for our appetizers and left.

   Although the food was good, our entire order was incorrect. What made it worse was it was Valentine’s Day.

   We had a pretty poor experience for Valentine's day dinner. We got to the restaurant and off the bat we sat at the table without anyone coming by to say anything for over 30 minutes. The salad was very small, the main dishes weren't all that good and the steak (even though ordered medium well) was basically raw. They informed us when we were ordering that they were already completely out of one of the 3 desserts offered which is pretty poor planning on their part. Then by the time we were ready for our dessert to be served they ran out of the rest of the dessert options so someone had to run and get more. We ordered the churro cheesecake. What we were served was a frozen piece of a basic store-bought cheesecake from somewhere down the road. On top of all that the drinks were pretty bad as well. Needless to say, they had the perfect opportunity to have new repeat customers but we will most definitely never be back. The amount they charged for the terrible Valentines day dinner was ridiculous for the taste, service, and experience we received.

   Server seemed new and had to relay every question to support staff. We asked if we could split the bill and the waiter said it was impossible because multiple things of the same food/drink were ordered and bundled. Gave new restaurant vibes but overall the food and drinks were delicious. Would visit again!

   Went to the restaurant because of a recommendation and I’m glad i did it. Food is really great. Flavors are amazing. Something that got my attention is they make almost everything from scratch so I was able to modify some items to my needs. Really appreciate they did that. I would recommend their cocktails, their lobster sandwich and the wagyu aguachile (dinner item). I didn’t know but they have a dinner menu which is amazing with a lot of fine options. Definitely going back to try some other dishes since their menu is huge. Atmosphere was great. The place is in a very nice area and has kind of a Tulum relaxed vibe. Great music too. Service was also great with the server being attentive and really looking for us to have a great experience.

    I finally went to this restaurant after many recommendations.. the place was full but I didn’t wait long until I was seated. The service is great and the food delicious; some of the outstanding dishes were the “enchiladas”, “tacos rancheros” and the “guava pancake”. This place really transports you to Mexico and its traditional kitchen. Will be back for sure soon!
