This place has a lot of promise, but isn't there yet. The food is quite good. My skirt steak with chimichurri was delicious and well-prepared, as were my wife's short ribs. But they need to work on their customer service and overall experience. The interior of the restaurant is quite loud; it's a small room with nothing to absorb sound, so with one loud party in the room it was impossible for us to hold a conversation. The menus were paper photocopies, and were clearly several days old, with food stains. When we asked for a cocktail menu, we were told "Well, the bartender can make anything," so there was no way to know what the cocktail prices were or what he might be good at making. When we asked about the wine list, the hostess pointed to a rack of bottles hanging on the wall on the opposite side of the room and said "That's what we have." Our waiter was very nice and efficient, but when it came time to pay he straight up asked if we wanted to leave him a tip. The chef clearly knows what he's doing in the kitchen. But the restaurant needs a good house manager keeping an eye on things in the room, and the staff need some service training.

While the food was decent the place had absolutely no ambiance. So brightly lit inside it almost felt like a cafeteria. We did sit outside which was somewhat better. All in all not what we were expecting from a place that was apparently difficult to get reservations.

Lovely location with views, nice vibe and cocktails -- I really like their Sangria and others liked the Pina coladas. This meal wasn't as good - our server seemed newer and distracted and they were very busy. Food was saltier than normal and the service was fairly slow.

First time to visit Okeah and we bc were very pleased. Service was very good. Our food was exceptional. I had the Ribeye Cap steak and it was cooked to perfection. It was the best steak I have ever had in PR. My only complaint was the air conditioning. It was too windy to sit outside and we were seated right in line with the blowers on the AC unit and it was cold. I should have asked to move to a different table but decided to tough it out. I don’t do well in cold areas, but that’s my problem. We will go back and I will be more mindful of where we are seated.

Take heed to the recent warnings! They do not pay attention to Open Table reservations. We had a reservation and when we arrived we were told we would be seated in about 5 minutes, which seemed reasonable enough. Over the next 30 minutes while waiting we saw some delicious looking food coming from the back. During that time the hostess all but completely ignored the podium for several new groups coming in, but sold art of the wall and adjusted the air conditioning system for 5-10 minutes. The couple in front of ua in line also had Open Table reservations but had not been seated. We had little hope of being served and the hostess had not checked in with us since we arrived, due to that and the fact it was nearly 9:00pm we left to find food elsewhere before restaurants started closing. The place is beautiful and the food looked wonderful but if they don’t get things figured out they will not be in business for long.

Rey good restaurant, price and service. If you sit outside, which is advisable if you wish to enjoy the great view, you will have to fight with the flies and mosquitoes. This should improve.

Server Ronnie was amazing, unfortunately the restaurant itself seemed to be a little overwhelmed with the amount of people dining. Apparently they were over booked for reservations and open table wasn’t updating throughout the day, although there was empty tables inside while a line of people waited to sit down. Food was 3/5.
