Wonderful birthday experience!!! The food was amazing, as were the drinks. We had the scallop crudo, tartare, crab ravioli, pork tenderloin and chocolate torte. Every single dish was amazing, the pork in particular was outstanding.

Olia has worked very hard cultivate an elevated dining experience and their efforts have fully paid off. Somehow improving on the already exceptional quality and atmosphere of Uccellino, Olia demonstrates a beautiful level of attention to detail from the second you walk through the door. Service is professional, knowledgable and friendly without being overbearing, and the food and drink are nothing short of sublime. Edmonton is lucky to have this family of restaurants that really understand the care it takes to make a meal or drink out with friends feel special.

The entire evening was perfect. Service at bar was great. Wine list was vast and our selection paired very nicely with our food choices. I am not a goat cheese fan, but the whipped goat ricotta was amazing. Small plates to share family style made it easy to try a variety of dishes. Everything was tasty.

The room was lovely, with nice lighting and a well-appointed bar. We had been looking forward to our reservation, which we booked a month in advance. The service was generally good. We started with the Burrata and Capicolla, bread, and Arancini. I also ordered a salad, but it never arrived, and we chose not to mention it, so I never got to try it. For our main courses, we had the duck ragu Pappardelle and the butter sage pasta. The ragu was quite good, but the butter sage pasta was average, and unfortunately, both dishes were served lukewarm, which was disappointing. We also tried the brick chicken, potatoes, and the market-price T-bone steak, which turned out to be $177. The chicken was the favorite dish among my family. Our total bill was $450, and after tip, it came to $550, which felt quite expensive for the experience we had. While we had a pleasant evening, it’s not a place I’d rush back to. Recently, we dined at Oro the new Italian restaurant inside LOCA Market in Sherwood Park, and I found the experience and the meal there to be much better, with a gorgeous setting.
