We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

ÔMO by Jônt offers three different menus with three different price points in which you can further elect for enhancements to truly create a dining experience that is right for you and your guests. You can choose between The Excursion, The Journey or The Jaunt. We kindly request that each guest in their respective party agree on the same menu tier.

For one night only, Lucie Pereyre de Nonancourt will be in attendance to explore the history behind these remarkable bottles! Lucie is the 4th generation Nonancourt to join Champagne Laurent-Perrier and has been overseeing Grand Siècle globally since 2019. These expressions are perfectly paired with a 6 course tasting menu curated by MICHELIN awarded Chef Ryan Ratino.
