   We did an igloo and it was great! Wait staff was great. She checked on us several times in the 2 hours. Food was fantastic.

   Our experience at On the Rocks in the igloo was exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience top-notch." Our server, Char, was efficient and perfectly served our drinks and food throughout our two hours. Her timing was spot on. The atmosphere was fun, beautiful, and a special celebration of our family. The cozy igloo, soft lighting, and casual decor help to create the perfect setting for any occasion. We ordered the chocolate fondue platter for our group of five. It was a generous portion and we had a lot left over. We also ordered food off the Northwoods Pub menu and ate in the igloo. Everything was PERFECT! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

   Our waitress was wonderful. Brought us drinks right away. Made us feel at home. Igloo was all warmed up when we arrived. Food was good. Was a great way to catch up with friends for something different.

   It was a little chilly but that’s a part of the experience. :) Blankets were provided, our server checked in with us frequently. I highly recommend it for a night out. It’ll be on my list to do again!

   Service was great but wish food hadn’t been served in takeout containers. The order ahead menu items should be mentioned during the reservation process. The igloos could use two heaters to keep them warmer and warmer blankets as they were thin and my feet and legs were cold. Daytime rentals made it less fun without the lights. Igloo could be cleaner especially with vacuuming. Probably wouldn’t do it again.

   It was ok. We preordered 4 platters. Our waitress was slow to arrive to take our drink order and brought the drinks and two food platters about 30 minutes into our arrival. She explained at that time, they had only one Charcuterie platter and 2 parties that ordered it. She asked did we really want it? We said she could give it to the other party. With preordering, I expected the Charcuterie platter to be served right away along with our drink order. It was a Monday night and they did not appear to be busy. My husband and I were hosting two other couples as a thank you. I wouldn’t choose that setting again for such an occasion based on our experience. I like the concept of the outdoor igloo. There was a a Christmas tree inside with white lights on the outside and comfortable seating. I got the impression the waitress was not happy about going out in the cold and needed help unzipping the door each time she came with food or drinks. A magnet closure might work better. Our heater kept things comfortable enough, but not cozy. The cocktail menu was difficult to read, blue writing on blue paper in dim light. We had Chicken wings, sliders, pizza and Chocolate fondue. The food was good. It is casual though, with plastic plates, silverware and cups. I don’t necessarily regret the experience, just would lower expectations if we return.

   A lot of menu items for the igloos had to be ordered 24 hrs in advance. Nothing in the reservation process indicated that — so we couldn’t get what we wanted. The reservation process needs to include information on what must be ordered 24 hours in advance. Other than that — igloos are pricey, but fun! Would do again.

   Our waiter was fantastic! He told us he wasn’t the one to work in the igloos but he was great! He was funny and we had quick service. It was a little cold in the igloo which we expected but we had hoped the heater would be warmer than it was. We only had drinks while there but it was a fun experience and our waiter definitely did an amazing job with our service and keeping us entertained during our interactions!

    The service was excellent!!! Food was great! The Igloo experience was amazing the seating was comfortable and lights gave a pleasant glow.
