   Hey Kevin, Thank you for the feedback! I know its hard to gauge what you are going to get at a price tag of 149, but I am happy we didn't disappoint. Those cuts are meant to be shared, but lots of people eat the whole steak themselves. Our steaks are all Prime and American Wagyu from Blue Creek Marble Ranch in Billings Montana. Those fine people raise the best cattle in the state and we are proud to serve their beef. The quality is 100% noticeable whenever we cut and serve one of their steaks.    Liam was a wonderful server with great recommendations and attentive service. I ordered a fruity mocktail and the bartender made an amazing drink!!! Highly recommend.

   Visited on Valentine’s Day around 6:30. Was busy but received excellent service, being quickly greeted at the door and again at our table. Food was delivered fairly quickly and was delicious! Ordered the salmon, bison, potatoes, and brussels. Really enjoyed our meal and both commented on how we should have eaten at Open Range must sooner. Still talking about meal this morning and how we will need to go back!

   Started off with happy hour martini’s, one of the better ones I have had! We shared a nice steak, wedge salad, mushrooms and cornbread. All were excellent! Thanks for a great meal! We will come back next time we are in Bozeman.

   Hey Justin, we are sorry the food did not live up to your expectations. We really do try hard to source the best ingredients you can get. And give our guests a memorable meal. Obviously that did not happen for you and your guests that night. Thank you for the remarks about your server. She really enjoyed serving your table. We have a new Executive Chef who has even further elevated our cuisine in 2025 and I would love to invite you back again and give us another try.
