I’ve been to Opus steakhouse before and usually have had a lovely dinner. Tonight was a Sunday night and my daughter and I wanted to have the special. The service was very very slow. We waited so long for drinks and for our food to come every course was slow of the mashed potatoes did not taste good at all. I had to send them back. Our meat was not prepared the way we asked it to be prepared. The ice cream on our dessert was not the flavor we asked for and then it took forever for somebody to come to the table to ask us if we were happy with the Food. It was very disappointing tonight.

My husband and I had the best experience we have ever received at a restaurant, we went there to celebrate our anniversary and had a little set back, the management and their team did everything in their powers to mitigate this situation. Our servers juan,Lin and leslie were phenomenal, unmatched in there delivery and service the entire night. If we could give 1000percent we would. I would recommend Opus to anyone, any day or night. Check them out, you will never go anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs! we had an 8pm res, didn’t get seated til 9pm and then didn’t get served til 9:30! The first table they gave us was for a party of 10 and we were a party of 6. I asked to be moved which they said we could be moved. They made our table up but never came to get us so we moved ourselves. I had to get up countless times and ask for menus and service. I was told that they would hook us up at the end of the meal which ended around 11:30. They brought the bill over with nothing off it which i then had to get up again and tell them they need to take something off our bill after this terrible dinning experience. It was just so disappointing and really put a damper on the night.

Amazing experience!! This was the second time here and it did not disappoint! Had the Eastern oysters , Tokyo Roll , bone-in Rib eye and Creamy spinach with Mashed potatoes… Steak was cooked to perfection and the oysters and sushi were fresh .. Our servers were very knowledgeable of the menu and specials and extremely attentive … great date night experience

Went to Opus for the first time tonight & We had such a phenomenal experience! Christian in valet was super quick & careful. Tim, the sommelier , was super friendly/ welcoming, helpful with getting our reservation & made us feel like we had been regulars! We also go to witness his skill with Identifying wines. Henry was our waiter and he was the best- super personable, and knowledge about the menu- offered great suggestions for wine pairing with the sushi special. Chef Jason even came out and we recognized each other from a different event- he went above & beyond. We had a 10/10 experience and can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the whole team at Opus!
