We welcome families, but we ask parents to keep children at the table and calm vocal infants or youngsters outside of the dining room. Awesome service. We were late for our reservation and the manager was kind enough to accommodate us. Our waiter George was amazing. From his attentiveness to his recommendations of food was phenomenal. Will definitely come back when the weather get nice so we can sit outside.

Overall, we had a nice time, but the food doesn’t give me a wow factor. The lobster dumplings were rather cold and needed some type of broth to make it more tasty. The pork shank was cooked beautifully, but lacked seasoning.

I’ve eaten at orchard park numerous times, however, tonight I received the worst service ever. We were seated 25 minutes before our waiter took our order. The meal took almost three hours only because the server was never there. We were concerned that he quit due to the lack of seeing him on the floor. Asked for our leftovers to be boxed but they didn’t show up.

We have been going to Orchard Park for several years now for their brunch. We go during birthdays and anniversaries or special occasions. Sad to see their menu change and have some items removed and other items added that are more lunch inspired. Overall this is a nice experience, but I think they should pump up their menu again for brunch rather than removing breakfast type items
