   Fantastic experience!!! The manager Ceci was so outgoing and generous. When she learned that it was my friend’s birthday, she upgraded us to a private booth table and sent over a complimentary dessert. The food was OUTSTANDING - especially the Mongolian beef! Will absolutely be back again.

   Good atmosphere. Good service. Pork belly was very fatty. Rolls expensive for the size. Very fresh, but expensive.

   Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and were sat 15 minutes after our reservation. No big! The Host was very attentive to us while we waited. The Manager greeted our table upon arrival and she was very kind! Stanley was our server and did an amazing job the whole time we were there. Chef Michael was kind enough to cater to the plant-based needs at our table. He presented a wonderful plant-based Pad Thai and a delicious roll of Mango and Avocado. People next to us celebrated a birthday and were all in good spirits created by the great service, food, and drinks! We love Ossu!

   Our 2nd time at Ossu, enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Our severer, don't remember her name was very attentive and efficient. They have a great variety of food options, both Japanese and Chinese. We will be back.

    We were warmly greeted at the door and sat very quickly. When we were seated, our server didn't know we had two plant-based diners and two regular diners as per our reservation. When asked if he had any recommendations, he wasn't very aware. I asked if he could ask the Chef, and he said that he was very busy. I asked again, the Server replied again that the Chef was busy. I finally just told him to ask the Chef if there were any plant-based options for us. Finally, Chef Michael came out and was very accommodating and informative. We ordered ribs, filet, shrimp, tofu sweet and sour, plant-based roll that was excellent. I get that making a special effort can be inconvenient, but not such a burden that it can't be considered.
