   Delicious dinner at Osteria. The focaccia bread was perfect!!! I had the spinach and ricotta ravioli in brown butter sage sauce. Yum! Hubby had the chicken parmesan which was huge and delicious, he said. They surprised us with a tiramisu for desert as we were celebrating our anniversary. My vodka martini was one of the best I’ve had - it was ice crystal cold!! And last but not least, the staff were most delightful!! Highly recommend!!!

   It was our last night in San Jose and we were so happy we picked this restaurant to dine at! Food was great but I gotta say the service by Jocelyn was amazing! She is a great server and was on top of it all! Thanks for a great evening!

   We didn't eat much but we had aperol spritzes,  special for cheese pizza and spinach ravioli in brown butter with Parmesan. Very well done, very prompt, very attentive, zero complaints.

   The staff made our experience wonderful, especially Eduardo, our server, he was so pleasant and friendly. The food was really good ; the focaccia was amazing, the pizza was delicious, and to be honest, the fritto misto was okay - the shrimp and veggies were delicious, but the calamari was a little chewy/well done. The dessert was excellent - always love to have affogato and an Americano, and both did not disappoint! Thank you Eduardo for the excellent service!!!😊

    The reviews of Osteria 107 were amazing but while my wife and I enjoyed our dinner and would recommend this restaurant, the reviews were far in excess of our experience. The restaurant itself is absolutely lovely and a very satisfying place to enjoy dinner. The service was really excellent with the exception that I almost had to stand on our table to get a check. I have never understood why so many restaurants seem not to want to get paid. There is very little to reduce sound and so even a few tables can and for us did drown out the ability comfortably to talk to each other. The food while good was fairly pedestrian. One review had said that the Caesar salad was the best he had ever had. Ours was totally average and the dressing lacked the "tang" of anchovies. My wife had the fish special and thought it quite good. I love chicken parm and often order it as a way to compare restaurants. It was very well presented, especially the pasta which accompanied it, but the chicken was dry and only marginally tasty. Not at all bad but not exemplary. I thought the wine list quite good and fairly priced. On balance I would return to this restaurant and try other dishes and so have rated it fairly highly, but it is not the gastronomic nirvana you might assume from the other reviews.
