カウンターで一人でしたが、イタリア料理初心者の私に色々とお料理の説明をしっかりとして頂き、楽しい時間を過ごせました。ペアリングをして頂き、最後のカフェコレットを含めて6杯くらい飲んだのですが、どれも楽しめました。また近々一人で行くか、友人を連れて伺いたいと思います。

予約をして伺いましたが、コースかアラカルトも当日選べたので大変良かったです。ワインもざっくりとした要望でも的確なものを持ってきて頂いて、食事とのペアリングが素晴らしかったです。新宿の賑やかな場所にあるにもかかわらず、静かに食事とワインが楽しめました。スタッフの方もとても状況を見られていて、とてもスムーズでした。食事の量も最初は少ないかなと思いましたが、帰る頃にはきちんと満腹でした。またおまかせコースだったので、次回は別のお料理なのかと思うと次に伺う時が楽しみです。

前菜のカニ、太めの手打ちパスタ、赤ワインなど様々な味わいを楽しめました。赤牛もとても柔らかくしお、こしょうでお肉を味わえました。

主人の誕生日で利用しました。アラカルトは時間がかかるとのことで、8700円のシェフのおすすめコースにしました。トータルではやはり７品で三次元位かかりました。お魚中心で一品だけ赤身のステーキがありました。ほとんどのメニューはとても美味しかったです。しかし、穴子のお料理が泥臭さを感じました。ワインその他おすすめいただいたお酒はどれも美味しかったです。コスパもいいと思います。

アラカルトでメインのお料理は出てくるまでに50分位かかるとの事でシェフおまかせ料理にしました。嫌い又は苦手な食材を聞かれ、それに沿ってのシェフのお料理でしたが、設定料金からすると、見た目も味も満足出来ました。当日のおまかせ料理は魚食材が比較的多かったのですが、新鮮食材をキチンと下処理して臭みも全くなく、美味しかったです。店内は暑かったのですが、それを告げると直ぐに対応してくれました。

2018年8月上旬、単独訪問。開店時間に訪問したため、私の他に1組しかいませんでした。しかし口コミでは予約必須とされているうえ、座席数は多く見積もっても30程度のため、予約なしでの訪問や、大人数での使用には向きません。その点だけ注意すれば、本格的なイタリアンを楽しめるかと思います。料理やサービスについての感想です。シェフのおまかせコースを事前に予約しました。初めに魚、肉、魚と肉両方の中から魚を選び、ドリンクを注文しました。この時に苦手な食べものやアレルギーの有無についても聞かれました。ドリンクは白ワインを選びましたが、銘柄に詳しくない人でも選びやすいよう、「フルーティーなものや、すっきりしたもの等がありますが」という案内をして下さいました。水は通常のものとミネラルウォーターとがあり、料理をしっかりと味わいたいため通常のものを頼みました。残り少なくなる度につぎたして頂きました。料理は一品運ぶ度に料理名や産地を教えて頂きました。初めての料理ばかりでしたが、どの料理も美しく、素材の味が活きていて日本人好みの味だと思います。会計も席に着いたままででき、終始一流のサービスを受けることがてきました。また訪問します。本格的なイタリアンを味わいたいという方はぜひ！

今回もアラカルトで食事しました。ホタルイカのパスタは見た目と味の違いがあり美味しかったです。ワインも数本から選ぶ楽しさが有りました。

アラカルトで食事しましたが、どれも素材感もあり美味しかったです。前菜２品、パスタは生めん２品、メインはお肉にしました。ワインは好みを聞いてくれて３本くらいお薦めなのを出してくれてその中から選びました。

相手の誕生日で利用すると伝えたら、デザートプレートにメッセージとケーキ、キャンドルをサービスしていただきました。お魚料理はどれも美味しかったです。飲み物のメニューが口頭での説明だったので、メニュー表等でみれるといいと思いました。
