   Chef has a good menu catering for all tastes. Even though the service can be very slow, the staff are only too willing to help. The food is fresh & beautifully cooked. Overall, a pleasant experience.

   Slow service in topping up hot food. Slow service when refilling up coffee & hot water, always a queue when waiting for food/coffee to be replenished. Baked goods tasted and looked past its expiry date. Need staff who can use their initiative to clear tables instead of asking staff to do so. I would not recommend this place at $29 per person. Some food needed a food covering/netting to keep flies away.

   We shared a starter and main meal which was very generous for us. We both had a dessert, which was too big, we could've shared that too. Overall a very nice meal and we would definitely go again

   Service was terrible. Restaurant Waa packed due to Elton concert that night. Not enough staff rostered or who knew what they were doing. Tables throughout with customers with half orders, food and drinks missing. We left after an hour and our drinks had still not arrived. There were so many unhappy customers that night. Will never go back.

   We struggled to get service when we arrived, but during the evening the service was great. Food was tasty, special mention should be made of the pannacota which was sublime. Overall we had a fabulous evening.

    The food was first class. If this review were based entirely on food it would be 5 star. I had the Arancini balls and the barramundi and both were excellent and delicious. A good aperol spritz and a decent chianti. Unfortunately the service let it down. The staff were all lovely and friendly and pleasant but everything was so slow. The restaurant was not busy and there were a lot of staff but we were forever having to call them over to remind them to bring something. It made the whole experience less than relaxing and somewhat stressful. This is a hotel restaurant so the ambience is also not great - high ceilings and long curtains - it could be much improved to give more of an experience of an Italian osteria. The food was really good and it really would not take much effort to make the whole experience so much better.
