Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Service & food excellent! We chose to sit at a high table rather than dining room table and happy we did! We enjoyed a wonderful evening! Pasta made fresh in house. We had fried calamari, lasagna, parmigiana, and an outstanding bottle of wine!

The entire team is incredible here. We sat at the bar and our servers/bartenders were so nice. The clientele was great too. Nice people everywhere. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended. Thank you!
