    The food was subpar. We ordered the set menu “feed me”, although this was enough food to fill us up, the dishes themselves were very mediocre and left a lot to be desired. The decor definitely looks better online, in person the venue is quite shabby and dusty. I wouldn't dine here again.

    We had dinner here last night to celebrate a special occasion, however, we were quite disappointed by the overall experience. Cutlery/chopsticks were the disposable ones, which are more for a sushi train or takeaway ish restaurant, not for a mid or a bit upper dining place. The cocktail was a bit plain, we ordered matcha and plum iced tea. For ~$30/ea we have higher expectations for those cocktails. The pork belly rice claypot was not worth the money we spend, just tasted like rice mix with some light sauce, and 4 slices of pork belly, garnished with some fried shallot. $42 for very small portion The short ribs flavour was alright, however portion was quite small for $62. Overall experience was not what we expected. Ototo seems to be a bit overrated and food was overpriced for the quality and quantity served. $100/each person for our dinner, we still didnt feel full and had to go to another place for some more food afterwards

    Absolutely delicious food. Loved the variety in the feed-me banquets. The red room table was very nice and whilst secluded, wait staff were attentive and available. Will definitely be coming back and recommending!

    Really disappointed. Completely overpriced food. Had the $89 pp banquet (worth $20 at most). Very basic, lacking flavour. So disappointing

    The food was amazing and the space is elegant - great for catching up with friends and date nights. We had the signature menu which I can highly recommend. The service however was chaotic. We had multiple servers coming to our table for the same order, we had to get up several times and ask if our drinks were coming, if we could have the oysters brought at the same time as our white wine etc. At the end we were given the wrong bill and two of the guests paid separately which was further confused by Open Table asking for $50 at the time of booking but then apparently not taking it from our account. It was all very confusing to work out. The staff were lovely and friendly, but could do with polishing the organization of the serving. Would not recommend it to big groups.

    It was a beautiful place with incredible food, and a lot more food than we expected! It was delicious with a beautiful atmosphere. It wasn't too loud or packed and made an incredible night, I definitely want to return another time.
