   Loud thumping drums for music not good for eating and talking. Get rid of it.

   we visit from overseas food has always been delicious and exceptional value last night experience was blemished by poor service the staff do not seem to trainable lots of standing around poor handling of food dishes - fingers and thumbs in salad bowl has to asked repeatedly for the most basic items - side plates for shared appetizers table was not attended to - request for more drinks during meal, long wait time for ordering and waiting for food etc the manager was doing his best to ensure food was being brought out accurately and deserves high praise but it seems several of the staff looked lost and not clear on their roles. Staff would not respond when suggestions were made this is always our first stop when we come to GC but we were taken aback but how poor the service was that being said … food always is delicious and remain the best value for money out there still recommend it

   My fiancé and I made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary, but we ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for just three drinks. When we finally got our meals, the steak was overcooked and dry. We also felt somewhat overlooked by the staff.

   We are shocked that this place is still open. Service is ridiculous food is less than average dont waste your money

   Absolutely amazing! My partner and I came here for a NYE dinner. We had a main meal each, with 2 sides, and a glass of sangria for only $130! Our server Grave was super friendly and made our experience enjoyable!

   We were looking forward to going, as we have had great experiences with the US version. Service was below average. We waited 1.5 hours for our mains…. My daughter and I got a share steak but had to wait 5 minutes for plates to eat it. No dressing on the salad, one side was missed completely, we had to chase getting extra water. Not a patch on the US version. We won’t be going back.

   Actually horrendous. There were 4 of us. 2 drinks were brought to us incorrectly. One was the wrong beer and one was an alcoholic cocktail after I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail (I’m pregnant). Thank Christ I realised something wasn’t right before I drank it. When it was correctly, it was OJ and lemonade that they charged my $15 for. The service was awful. The waiter let out the biggest sigh when delivering our food, we thought he was trying to be funny but he was dead serious. This place is run by school kids with zero people skills. The food was cheap steaks and sides with premium prices. Absolutely not worth it.
