We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located on the Old Windsor Road Parklea. We pride ourselves on serving up variety: our unbeatable steak cuts complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta at a price for everyone. Our strategy? Marissa was excellent to deal with. Excellent service and made the whole experience fun. Great place to eat with the family. They were super busy but we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Very efficient.

Great place, go regularly, only issue that seems to keep cropping up is that the knifes and forks are generally not very clean. I suspect that the washing machine is not coping with the volume. The knifes and forks tend to always be oily and stained. Minor gripe.

Do not recommend - manager so rude!! Came to celebrate a birthday, started great, but trying to give the manager, Patrick feedback that mains should not come out 5 mins after appetizers. If we knew they would come out this quick then we wouldn’t have ordered as much as we couldn’t eat it. I politely asked Patrick to comp the drinks, (only ordered 4 soft drinks) and he turned very passive aggressive and blamed us - the customer- for not advising the server on how long to wait for the mains! Haha omg! Left never to return - bye byeee

Was there on Saturday. Only three staff who appeared over worked. They however were friendly. Food ok however Pepper Sauce was cold. Rectified when I mentioned to staff

Everything was good except the chips coming with the ribs, they were cold, not crispy, not tasty. Not sure if it was just our chips or all the same. But definitely there is space to improve.

It would be nice not to have to ask for the bread rolls with the salad. Waiter did not return to see how our food was. Also had to ask another person about drink refills. We then were waiting to find our waiter to get a takeaway box and let her know we’d finished. Ended up having to go to the front desk.
