   The food was absolutely delicious. We had four different entrees and two appetizers. Will be returning to try everything else on the menu.

   We were really pleased with our meal - and the service!! Each employee we encountered was friendly, well-presented, knowledgeable, and, well trained. They were personable and made our time there more enjoyable. Our server, Sarah V., was awesome. Ask to sit in her station!! The arancini was great and flavorful. The Caesar sals crisp and we loved the cheese crisp on top. We enjoyed the homemade pasta. We had the fusilli and the short rib ravioli. Both excellent!! We ended up taking some home because the portions weee substantial - and we had appetizers. We will return.

   The food was great and the place was very vibrant and Busy while we were there. The portions are large and I had to bring half my chicken Marsala home. The tiramisu was delicious.

   Always love trying a new restaurant. Being surrounded by amazing Italian food living in NY, I was eager to try this place. I was a little disappointed though. First impressions-menu looks great, service friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is off a bit. Doesn't feel cozy inside. I don't know if it's the spatial layout or lighting. Booth back was super firm and straight and we found it uncomfortable. Food-I think it depends on what you choose. Our table-several chose the bolognese/spaghetti and found the pasta overcooked and too mushy, sauce a bit too creamy, no acidity. Lasagna barely had any marinara and was too creamy and rich. No acidity or tang & barely any meat. Calamari was good. Service good too. The bread wasn't great. I think it was suppose to be a focaccia bread, but it was a poor recipe. We found it tasteless and dry. There's enough variety on the menu that I'd go back and choose a different entree. Recommend reservations here if it's a Thurs.-Sat, due to it being somewhat new. It is new, so I'm sure it's still working out things.

   A new Italian restaurant in Parker that will soon be known for the best in Douglas County. Maybe one of the best in the Metro area. Definitely give it a try and see for yourself.

   We enjoyed our first experience at Ovest Via. After being seated immediately, we were greeted by our waitress Marissa. She was lovely. Wine prices were reasonable and we were able to have a taste of two varieties before deciding on a bottle. Two appetizers, the Coze e Vongole and the beef tenderloin tartare were very good and portions were very nice. Our dinner companions had Chicken Marsala and Pasta Bolognese. My husband also had Pasta Bolognese and I had the chicken pesto with artichoke and sundried tomato. Everything was very good, but I was disappointed the cioppiino that was on the online menu was not offered. We will go back, but I would like to see Cioppino offered! prices were a bit high for appetizers in this area, but overall it is nice to have a more upscale restaurant in Parker. I hope it is successful!

   Each person in our party thought their entree was exceptional and the shared beet salad appetizer excellent. Our server Sarah was top notch - friendly and knowledgeable. One person in our party is in a wheelchair and they had our table ready and waiting with a chair pulled away and plenty of room for us to navigate the space. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

    The Beef Carpaccio was outstanding! As were the fresh pasta dishes. Highly recommend!
