   We were seated and waited 15 minutes before we were greeted by our server and only after we asked if we had one. She walked by us numerous times and nothing. Makes for a not so great impression. The food is great and value good. Service nope.

   My son and I traveled from Milliken today to try out Ovest Via. One of my clients who lives in Parker suggested it to me and let me tell you it was well worth the drive!! Our server Taylor was amazing as well!! She was attentive, gave great menu suggestions and was super funny. The carne pizza and fettuccine alfredo were delicious and Taylor helped me select a great wine pairing. I usually only can ever drink white zin so that was so nice to branch out and try something new. I will definitely make the drive again to enjoy this great new restaurant.

   Had dinner here, Thursday night. Great ambience, service and there were definitely some hits and some misses. One person in our party ordered chicken Marcella and it came out beautiful, glossy, and so appetizing. The fettuccine Alfredo and my dish you could tell, sat in the window and the cream sauces congealed a bit. Felt the prices were really steep for what you get.

   Had a reservation and still waited 30 min to be seated. Stood by the bar for 20min and not one bartender made eye contact or greeted us with no one in front of us. Once seated out waited was great! Food was tasty and wine was delicious. They definitely need to work out the kinks on the front end experience. Two hostels would be better than one.
