Celebrate your galentines and valentines with us at Owl and Dove! From February 13-15 we are offering a special three course prix fixe dinner with optional wine pairings to enjoy with those you love. Three course dinner is $50 per person with optional natural wine pairings for each course an additional $30 per person. Tax and gratuity are additional. If you are opting to partake in our coursed dinner, all guests in your party must partake as well. Tasting menu options will be posted soon! Our regular dinner menu will be offered as well. This is an excellent indie restaurant—food is homie but creative. Service is the friendliest on either side of the Pawcatuck. Only knock is on the clam chowder which is a bit thick, starchy or gelatinous rather than creamy from dairy. But then I’m a very fussy chowdah lover.

I ordered the clam chowder and the squash salad. The clam chowder was quite ordinary; lots of potatoes and little seasoning. The salad was plentiful, but much of the squash (butternut) was undercooked, and hard. Not something I would order again. My friend had the beet salad and said it was very good.
