   A somewhat disappointing dining experience. My first encounter with the waiter was when I ordered a Hendrick's Gin on the rocks. I was told that that the bar was out of Hendrick's Gin. I then inquired about Ford's Gin but was told that Ford's was not available so I ordered another brand. I ordered the house rolls, seared Scallops and Parmesan frites to be shared, and my wife ordered the Little Gem salad and the Branzino. My wife enjoyed both the salad and fish but the three Seared Scallops (Diver?) were quite small compared to what I have been served at other restaurants and barely made a meal. Unfortunately the Scallops were also overcooked and slightly rubbery. The frites were tasty but barely warm when served. The service was adequate by Antonio and the food was served in a timely manner. The ambiance is good but the value is questionable. I don't think this restaurant is competitive with other fine food establishment in Santa Fe and hope they improve the quality of their food and expand the menu choices which were limited.

   We are sorry that we were out of your two top Gin Choices. They are very popular, and at times, we do run out. All of those items came in today with our liquor order. We are sorry that you felt the scallops were inadequate in size; they are diver sea scallops U10s. When the server asked how everything was, he was told it was great and all your food was eaten. We have a very seasoned professional team who will correct any issues a guest has, but we can only do that if you let us know. Our menu is one of the most extensive in town, with 32 items on our main menu, five specials per night, and one of the most extensive cocktail and wine lists. Nothing on our menu is over $42 and priced correctly. We do hope that you will take the time to try us again.

   The food was absolutely spectacular. We had a baby with us and they were very accommodating. Service was a bit slow for the level that the restaurant was filled.

   Top to bottom, a great dining experience. Had dinner on Canyon Road the night before, at a well known “fine dining “ spot. Palace Prime was so much mire enjoyable in every way from the service to the excellence meal. The new menu is much improved in my opinion! Will be back soon!

   We had a reservation in the lounge on a Saturday night and it was a great meal. Service was a little slow, but not an issue since we weren't in a hurry. My wife had the squid ink spaghetti and and I had the tagliatelle with lamb merguez and both were two of the best entrees we've had in Santa Fe in a long time. The lounge and bar were full, but it was still fairly quiet and they clearly considered sound dampening when they did the remodel. We'll definitely go back - the food was exceptional.

   Had an AMAZING dinner here last night and can't wait to return. It's been awhile since we visited and we weren't aware that the restaurant had undergone a beautiful remodel connecting the bar to the main dining room, upgraded booths, even the art throughout. Sophisticated, lovely, and comfortable. Our server was Chris and he was fantastic, very knowledgeable, attentive, and made great menu recommendations -- in fact, the depth of knowledge and experience of the service team no doubt elevated the evening from "dinner out" to "dining experience." That said because we ordered a martini to start, asked for Reyka, which we love and rarely encounter. Unfortunately it was out of stock so the bartender recommended a Japanese vodka instead -- we had never tried it but is was a great recommendation and we will order again in the future. Oysters were fresh and delicious!! Dinner was phenomenal -- scallops and ocean trout were both cooked to perfection, and salad, polenta and baby turnips were all so delicious! Finally, so happy to see Sommelier Kristina B. in the house -- one of Santa Fe's best. All in all, it was a great evening and we can't wait to return!

   Great new chef with a great restaurant pedigree, great sommelier, great servers, nice atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks. Drinks are a bit expensive unless you take advantage of the Happy Hour specials. We loved our experience and will be taking friends there next week!

   Great Thanksgiving meal for Thanksgiving: turkey, pumpkin pie, and all the fixings! Sat at the bar and received excellent service! Overall, a superb experience! Reminds me that I probably should frequent Palace Prime more often!!!

   Food was tasty enough but the price at $95 + 20 % gratuity was not worth what we got which was 3 small pieces of turkey and about a tablespoon each of green beans, mashed potatoes, and dressing.

    Aside from our superb waiter and fine backup, this was a disappointment for Thanksgiving. The initial course of beet salad was decent but unimaginable. What was promised as a turkey breast entree with sides for the table was simply presented as an already plated dinner in rather mundane fashion: green beans, whipped potatoes, turkey confit, stuffing with cranberries (actually tasty) and followed by a fine pumpkin pie finish. We will look elsewhere next year.
