   From the moment you walk into the restaurant you have WOW moments. The food and drinks were amazing but as a white Caucasian couple, we were given a completely different service by the staff compared with no-white people. We ended up sitting around a fair bit, staff were more focused on getting there steps in and walking multiple lengths of the restaurant and just chatting rather than focusing on the customer, (whatever the colour of their skin)!!! Also I was discouraged from having my first choice main course and when I went for a second choice I was discouraged from that dish too. But I decided to stick with the second dish because the reasoning didn’t worry me. When it arrived, the dish was not like what the waiter had suggested, (spice grade). My first dish was the short ribs (too fatty). I do wonder if there was a specific reason why I was actually being discouraged from choosing that dish.

   The customer service was brilliant. The atmosphere was nice and had a moderate noise level. The staff accommodated to us for everything we needed. It is on the pricier side, but the food was so worth it. I would most definitely return.

   Guys I think you should go to Palm by H20 it’s so good, everyone was so nice and the prices were very reasonable.

   The restaurant is very elegant and aesthetically pleasing. The waiters pay attention to detail and went an extra mile to make our visit outstanding. The food is so delicious and portion sizes are so generous. The only negative was the desserts needs a lot of improvement the waffles, crepes and cakes were very dry and left a lot to desire. The manager was also not warm and welcoming. He needs to work on his interpersonal and customer service skills. Apart from that our visit was fantastic and will definitely come back again.

   My husband and I had a lovely time at this restaurant. We traveled from Leeds for our anniversary, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The decor was stunning, the food was 10/10, and the atmosphere was delightful. Overall, the experience was great, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

   Great place to go for dinner. Food and drinks are great. Service is impecable. Shisha lounge was the highlight for me. Would definitely repeat the experience!

   When I first come to this place a few weeks ago I absolutely loved it and I couldn’t fault it at all so I thought I wanted to bring my daughter. We came yesterday four of us and I ordered a fillet steak fillet steak should not have any fat in it? My steak was just full of fat. I did tell the waiter And she said she would tell the kitchen never did she come back? I just paid £160.bill for a steak that I didn’t eat and our food come out cold we had to send it back. I really don’t like giving reviews but when we was ignored about the quality of the food I think that’s really Bad.

    We went here for my friends 20th Birthday, staff were so attentive, constantly asking if food was okay, was everything okay, best experience here ever. Service charge wasn’t even enough for the stuff they did for us. We left a big tip for their service definitely the best of the best, I couldn’t get our main servers name but she was very attentive however other staff did help along aswell. Overall Experience, had seen this promoted on tiktok and definitely was like let’s give it a shot, when I say the best experience the BEST OF THE BEST. Definitely coming back thank you so much guys for your service. See you soon.
