The food was very good like usual but not the service. The manager must be even more vigilant about the service when there are not many customers in the restaurant.

You guys need to do something on service. We were there for brunch last sunday and service was really super slow. If you guys are exhausted from the service at night, dont open for brunch the next day, it not fair for clients. It took 45 min to get 2 margaritas and more time to get the food. The place is really nice, but now i understand why it was so quiet, nobody wants to go there for brunch.

View and to be on the water is great. But they were out of half food items we tried to order including some alcohol beverages Food variety is very limited They do not have any ice tea or many fresh juices options besides a whole coconut.

A Disappointing End to an Otherwise Wonderful Evening Our experience would have been great if not for an issue with our server, Francisco. I ordered only two wasabi martinis, but he incorrectly added a third to our tab. When my husband and I pointed this out, he insisted I was mistaken rather than considering that he may have made an error. I had no problem paying for the drink if I had ordered it—after all, a $20 charge on a $300 bill isn’t worth a dispute. However, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the possibility of a mix-up, he repeatedly told me, “No, you’re wrong—you ordered three.” I explained that just because something is entered into the system doesn’t guarantee it was served—especially when he was the one delivering the drinks. The situation left me upset, as I felt unfairly accused and second-guessed, even though I knew exactly what I had ordered. Adding to the frustration, he offered to make a special macchiato for my husband, later returning to say it wasn’t up to par and that he wouldn’t charge us—only for the charge to appear on the bill, requiring us to point it out. While he was friendly, he seemed disorganized—dropping items and appearing flustered throughout the evening. Ultimately, what could have been a perfect night ended on a sour note due to poor service and a disappointing lack of accountability. Side note: Beware and keep track of your drink orders—mistakes can happen, and it’s best to catch them early.

Was an old shuckers regular and thought I’d be disappointed at a glow up with Miami prices, mediocre food and service. I was wrong! It looks absolutely beautiful, the food and service were very good. Prices were not outrageous by any means - 6 of us for dinner with 4 entrees, 3 apps, 2 sides, and one drink each was $300 including gratuity. I’d come back!
