   Beautiful and elegant decor inside and great views of Griffintown through the dining area. Menu had a good selection and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and service was immaculate. Would definitely recommend to visit Palma if you're looking for a nice upscale restaurant in Griffintown.

   Really enjoyed this restaurant, I ordered from the table d’hôte, which was a good value, I had the rock shrimp as my appetizer and the filet mignon for my main course, both were excellent. The desert was good also but very very small, literally 2 bites. It was perfect for me but might disappoint some. The ambiance was excellent, a nice spot for an evening out. Would definitely go back.

   The food was absolutely exquisite and the service truly outstanding. The Lobster Tempura, the Spicy Rock Shrimp, and the Rock N’ Roll rolls were definite standouts - elegantly prepared and full of flavor. That said, I’m giving 4 stars due to a concern with cleanliness. While I believe this may have been an isolated incident, at this price point and atmosphere, one naturally expects a fully elevated experience—including attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Unfortunately, we had to ask twice for our table to be properly cleaned, as a sticky residue ended up staining my husband’s clothing. I have no doubt that this doesn’t reflect the standard Palma is known for, but I felt it was important to share an honest and balanced review.

   Quite disappointed with my first experience. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the ambience was not bad, the hockey game was on and the dj was good. As for the service, it took over almost an hour and a half to get just the appetizer. Also, I specifically wrote in my reservation that it was a for a birthday and even told the waitress if we can get a piece of cake. When it arrived, there was no celebration made for it even when there were many other tables that got (sparkler). Also for the dessert that came with the set menu, we got one piece to share between four people when each person should have got there own.
