                                                  I don’t think they have a structured system on how they deliver the meat. I got full off my salad plate before we actually got meat served to us. Mostly pork was offered and we don’t eat pork. The chicken was served an hour after we got there.

                                                  Steak was rare as requested and very flavourful. Good chicken and apple sausage. Salads were also good. My husband loved the garlic rice. Nice to have fruit in salad bar. Cheese buns were nice. All in all a good meal.

                                                  We made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The restaurant had open tables, yet, they told us we had to wait until our reservation was due. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes!!! The hostess made us feel that she did not care about us. I had to ask again if she had our table ready after 40 minutes. Once we sat down the waiter was great and the food was very good!
