   We chose this over two other options in vegas and it was the wrong choice. I received an email two weeks earlier saying 50% off my meal. When I checked in the hostess said they don’t honor that anymore. Already a bad start. Then we waited over 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table. When we finally did start our dining experience the side dishes were weak and only a few choices. The table side meat was below average and two of our party felt sick within a couple hours of leaving. Not worth the money for poor food and service.

   Wasn't super impressed with the steak. Was not terrible but not the best. Salad bar was great. Service was great.

   Horrible dining experience! Starting with the hostess to the manager down to our server. I had given this place a second chance even after having an even worse experience a few years back. And not only did they not redeem themselves but sealed the deal of why it is Las Vegas WORST Brazilian steakhouse. I do not recommend save your money and go to Rodizio over by the Galleria Mall or to Fogo De Chao by Flamingo or the one at Townsquare Texas de Brazil.

   Disappointing. The salad bar was mediocre at best with no variety. The meat was under seasoned and not impressive at all and seemed more like an after thought than well planned delectables. The music sounded like someone learning to play instruments and was entirely too loud! I will say the waiter was nice and the hostess was thorough. However, in a city of good cuisine and amazing restaurants..this one misses the mark and I would suggest another choice.

   The meat selection was very limited and the meats were very dry. Salad bar options very limited as well. Allowing dogs to be barking while you are trying to dine was also not the best experience. Pets in a restaurant that are not service animals was unexpected.

   We dined at Pampas on February 15th. The hostess stand was very chaotic and even though there were quite a few people working, the process was not at all smooth. They were focused on seating almost everyone in the bar area of the restaurant instead of the main dining area which was closer to the salad bar. The food was good and I especially loved the variety of the sausages. Our waitress seemed new and not very experienced by forgetting some of our requests. The establishment seemed to lack great management and needs improvement.

   Super expensive and had a mandatory 20% gratuity added because it was Valentine’s Day. We waited for over 5 minutes seated and no one approached us to provide service so we got up and left. Horrible!

    The establishment itself is very nice. Salad bar is mediocre most of the meat served was good. To many interruption fine to take order and bring your meat selections but then they want to take photos and want you to buy special alcoholic drinks. Been once wouldn't go back
