Booked a table, got confirmation email and turned up yesterday to a locked door. Spoke to a man who unlocked the door saying they weren’t ready to open / are open. Why was the booking allowed to go ahead? No communication what so ever. Wasted our time too. Not the man who seen us fault but surely they should have seen a booking was in place - ridiculous.

A great bar in the center of Aberdeen, cocktails were fab and the music/atmosphere amazing! The only issue we had as a group was in regard to table reservation. On arrival our table hadn't been signposted as reserved, so staff asked the customers to vacate. Then once seated, about 5 minutes later we were asked to move again for another group, which made for an awkward, avoidable situation. It was still a great experience overall, however I would recommend placing reserved signs on tables in future.

I’d a table for 9 booked and thankfully 2 people bailed or there wouldn’t be room plus I asked if things can be done to celebrate it more for a birthday and there wasn’t anything done or no contact back. Great time but gutted about the table

Paramount was very accommodating when I made the booking, due to circumstances I had to cancel the drinks package but still had a really good time there!

The drinks and service was awesome however the air con was on a bit high so it was colder inside than it was outside.

Had a booking for over 3 weeks and when I arrived they tried to split my party up as they’d given my table to another party. They then were very rude to me when I asked for a change and why they had done it. Very unpleasant experience and will not be back.

Ambiance amazing as always aswell as the bar and service staff however the door man wasn’t too helpful and seemed to be unaware of wether we needed to que even if we had a booking or not resulting in a bit of confusion but all in all a great experience would book againxx
