Restaurant / Bakery in Valle de Bravo, based on the farm to table concept by chef Steve Bell, originally from Philadelphia, USA.
Solar is a space in the middle of the forest with a large terrace and a garden of more than 5 thousand meters, where there are a big playground, a greenhouse and a beautiful orchard.
They use only organic ingredients from local and fair trade producers.

    Excelente lugar para un domingo, el sabor y el ambiente es muy bueno, la comida con un toque ahumado eleva mucho el nivel de los platillos y la panadería imperdible

    Deliciosas las ensaladas, los postres y pastas, las carnes y brisket un poco pasados en cocción y no tan suave la carne, pero el sabor delicioso. Nos encantó y 100% volvería

    Muy buen espacio, comida buena, la atmósfera muy familiar, el espacio para perros, niños y familias de lujo. Solo deberían prohibir perros sueltos. Fuera de eso todo muy bien. Si regresaría sin dudarlo. El servicio de nuestra mesera super bueno y ella super amable

    No llegamos muy tarde y ya no había varias cosas del menú, es un ambiente familiar, muchos niños, es pet friendly. Porciones bastante grandes
