We have partnered with HeartBrand Ranch of Harwood, Texas, and Gundlach Bindschu, of Sonoma, CA, one of the oldest wineries in America, C.1858. We will be pairing their wines with six courses of our interpretation of a great American Steakhouse, featuring American Wagyu Steaks out of HeartBrand Ranch known as Akaushi (also known as Japanese Red), as well as some other steakhouse favorites, for this dinner.
