   Beautiful venue. Really nice ambience. Limited menu, and out of some of a few things they did have. Server was inattentive, uninterested and slow

   If I could give 0 star I would. Made a reservation, was given water right away. Server took our drink orders and brought them. Never saw the server again for over an hour. 2 Tables beside us were seated served and fed within the hour of my party not being checked on. Requested a manager, and our check and the server magically appeared. Brought the check and server didn’t even apologize for poor service. Terrible. 0/10 recommended. Definitely homophobic.

   Great service and super helpful servers, for a first time visit the view was astonishing and the food was a nice little treat would recommend the sliders and there red ale very sweet and smooth.

   I get it’s a Bar but the food options a very poor you have to make a reservation to be able to eat here so you’d expect more food options. Also the drinks are super small for the price you pay. Been to other bar tops in the Disney area that are way better. Sadly will not be returning.

   Drinks where great food not so much it wasn't season properly and sliders bread was bigger then the actual patty. service was great our waitress was very attentive so overall love the place to have drinks I will skip the food

   The view and service were good. The food is very limited and overpriced. The bread on the sliders were stale and didn’t come with fries. the nachos had a great amount of sour cream which made the chips soggy. I wish there were more items to choose from.

   I had a reservation for 2. They sat us right away. About 30-ish people in the restaurant. It took 20 mins for them to take our drink and food order. 40 mins for us to get the actual drink! We ordered tacos and nachos. When we finally got the food, it was COLD. Not slightly cold. Cold. I sent it back (I never send food back!) but this was really bad. It came out cold the second time and for the price, I just wasn’t going eat cold food. Asked the manager to take the plates and remove it from our tab. She said sorry and just took them away. Our server was friendly and he tried, but it seemed like he was the only server. Eventually they got some help, but by this time we were an hour+ into our reservation and over it. Closed our tab and left. The view. The ambience. All positives. The service, food and quality of drinks. Negative.

   Loved our drinks. Didn’t eat anything. Service was great. Heat lamps were amazing. Would love to have the Disney music piped in if that were possible. It was super fun to go over to the other balcony to watch the fireworks!

    What a night to remember and not in a good way. Arrived for the reservation and got seated promptly. The waiter came to the table about 5 minutes later to take our drink and food order. Then we sat and waited for 30 minutes before he returned and asked if we had gotten our drinks yet. We replied no he retook our order and then 15 minutes later we got our drinks. We asked if our food was coming anytime soon to which he said he would check. 20 minutes later I decided to just pay for my drinks and leave. It was not a busy night and this is not my first time here. The fireworks were nice, but the service and environment that evening were sub par at best.
