Essen war hervorragend, der Service sehr zuvorkommend. An unserem Platz am Fenster war die Lüftung etwas zu stark, so dass wir zu Beginn des Essens in einem kühlen Luftzug sassen. Nachdem wir den Service darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde dies angepasst. Sehr angenehmer Business Lunch.

Das Essen war top, bei einem solchen Restaurant zählt für mich der Service eine wesentliche Rolle. Nachschenken mussten wir uns stets selbst, ein Apéro wurde nicht angeboten und den Wein hatten wir nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage für die Weinkarte und Bestellung nach 1h endlich zum Hauptgang erhalten. Dass eine Person vegan war habe ich telefonisch und nochmals schriftlich in der Reservation erwähnt, wir erhielten viele Amouse bouche, leider kein einziges vegan. Auch das vermute ich, ist wieder dem Service und nicht der Küche zuzuschreiben. Schade um die tolle Küche!
