   Parlor is the best pizza restaurant in Des Moines and maybe the best restaurant overall. The Detroit-Style pizza is amazing. Their cheeseburger and truffle fries are also 10/10. The best pizza on the menu is Sweet Jane: white sauce, mozzarella, gruyere, ricotta, spiced honey, and almonds. Great selection of beer on tap. Great atmosphere. Our server was incredibly attentive, making eye contact with me right away every time I wanted anything. We will be back many times.

   We didn’t think much of this place. Service was slow which isn’t necessarily bad but it was awkward as zero conversation from our server took place. The food is mediocre at best. We all had pizza and the kids had fries too. My ranch addicted son had ranch and we thought it was blue cheese as it was sweet and had chunks in it. When we asked for another one it was the same deal which was weird.

   What a delightful experience. The food was great! I do wish they had a wine list of higher end wines as I can’t drink beer :)

   Food and service were great. The only thing that could’ve improved our experience was the lighting wasn’t great. We had to pull out our phones so we could see the menu.

   In town for business and has a craving for pizza. Came across this place on Open Table and saw they had Detroit Style Pizza and it did not disappoint. My bartender Gaby was full of energy and extremely pleasant throughout the night. Would highly recommend!

   Enjoyed the Carmel roll. Brunch menu was diversified and all four meals were excellent.

   My husband and I had brunch last Sunday. Very nice, cozy atmosphere. Our waiter, Chance, perfectly balanced being attentive without hovering! We both had the Phil’s Burrito and my husband added a side of breakfast sausage. The burrito was perfect! So many delicious flavors tightly wrapped in a tender burrito. The potatoes were so crispy on the outside, tender, and fluffy on the inside. My husband actually said that the breakfast sausage might’ve been the best he’d ever had! We each enjoyed a cocktail, and when the check arrived, we were both pleasantly surprised at what a great value the meal was! We will definitely be back!
