   We had a reservation for a table inside. We were told they no longer had any inside tables but they had heaters outside. When we sat outside, we were then told there’s only two heaters, but they rotate them through the entire patio, however, this did not happen. After 75 minutes, we still hadn’t received any food. It was ridiculous! The manager kept saying they were really busy and the kitchen couldn’t keep up, yet there were several open tables. After 90 minutes we paid for our drinks and left. Never ate dinner!

   The chicken parm was excellent last night. Back to what we remember! Focaccia is always great. Service was excellent and I was surprised as it was packed last night, not a table open. Nice job!!! 10 stars!!!

   Our go to Italian restaurant in N Scottsdale. We’ve never had a bad meal or service here; they are consistently excellent.

   Except for the grilled octopus, which was really great, we were disappointed in the experience. My husband’s wedge salad was subpar. No idea what the dressing was, but it certainly wasn’t the creamy Gorgonzola described on the menu. Sadly, his sausage pizza was even worse. Bland sausage and crust, he requested some Parmesan and fresh basil to pep it up, which was grudgingly supplied. The social hour special was still going when we arrived shortly before 5:30, drawing a full bar of what I assume to be regulars, as they moved to tables shortly thereafter. The noise level went down substantially at that time.

   Our waiter was amazing and the atmosphere was vey nice but the food was not good at all. I had the vodka pasta that I had to return because there was no flavor whatsoever. The others got a chicken dish that they all said was very bland and tasteless.

   Service outstanding!Food good and certainly worth a return . As to ambiance didn’t get feel I was in warm, cozy Italian restaurant. Place three minutes from home so will return but only if other places not available.

   The food is excellent. The service was also great. We have been there when visiting the area. We sat on the patio which is wonderful. We've only sat inside a couple of times, but the dining room is decorated beautifully and comfortable.

   The food at Parma is well prepared and delicious. Service is always good. My only complaint is the $3 split charge and it's on the entree and the salad. Portion of Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan were very small. Both of these dishes require chicken breast split and pounded. There was one small piece of chicken served which was small, barely a half of a split breast. I think there are other Italian restaurants who are happy to split and not charge you twice and also present a portion that is a bit more substantial.

    Everything was amazing. The only thing I would change is the booths are a little narrow meaning the table is only about 24 inches maybe 30 inches deep and it would be nice to have a little bit more room because every time I would move my feet they would touch my friends feet in front of me so perhaps consider less booth area more legroom but I give this restaurant a 5+ star
