No fueron agradables, nos dieron una mesa que tenía un ruido insoportable, pedimos que nos la cambiaran y nos dieron atrás de donde se ven los platos , realmente muy desagradable no volveremos

Poor service & waiter did not care how things were & food did not come out for over an hour plus…. Noise was loud!!!!

El restaurante es lindo y con ambiente tranquilo. Los cocktails muy bonitos y la comida fue buena. Los precios son aceptables pero podría ser más accesible considerando que es una italiano.

Such an amazing experience. Marco was fantastic. Food was excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Best burrata in all the world. We look forward to our visits to Parole.

What a fantastic place! My husband and I loved it. We went early and we had the perfect seat for seeing a spectacular sunset. Our cosmopolitans were the best we’ve had in Cancun - smooth and not too tart. After we ordered, complimentary focaccia bread (and another kind of bread) were brought to us. It was warm and delicious! We shared a yummy pear Gorgonzola salad - the pears were perfectly ripe and the dressing was on point. It also included candied walnuts and blueberries. Our server served it to us and even came around when we were ready for more of it. We also shared a delectable truffle mushroom risotto and again, it was served to us. We shared a wonderful bottle of Cabernet/Merlot/Tempranillo blend Casa Madero that complimented our meal perfectly. Lastly they helped us celebrate our anniversary with a wonder piece of chocolate cake. 10/10 - put this on your must do list for Cancun!

El ambiente es excelente y tranquilo si quieres ir a disfrutar de un rato agradable y sin mucho ruido, la atención por parte de nuestro mesero Marco fue muy agradable, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, la comida estuvo deliciosa y el volcan de chocolate es perfecto, es suave por dentro y crujiente por fuera, de lo mejor que hay en Cancún

Fuimos a la experiencia de Año Nuevo y la verdad no estuvo espectacular como se prometía. el show fué de un cantante que cantó 2 veces en toda la noche y nada más los meseros tardaban mucho en atender la comida no vale la pena porque es carísima y en cualquier restaurante encuentras mejores opciones No había opciones de comida, solo 3 platillos el muelle para ver los fuegos artificiales no tenían barandales, presenta un peligro para las personas
