Inspired by the opulent flavors of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, our dishes are comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from over 25 different local purveyors including Field Day Farm, Freedom Run Farm, 3D Valley Farm, Frondosa Farms, and Barr Farms.
The menu includes made in house pastas, breads paired alongside land and sea paella dishes, vegetarian and omnivore centric entrees, and sharable sides.
Innovative yet simple signature dishes include:
Spicy Greens & Charred Beans Salad with crispy caper and onion vinaigrette;
Harissa Cauliflower Steak with smoked olive, toasted sunflower, coriander gremolata and torn herbs;
Freedom Run Farm Lamb Burger & Potato Wedges with Mahón, Harissa onion jam and Berbère aioli;
NY Strip Steak with patatas bravas, zhug oil and watercress.
Chef Jeremy Frederiksen and his team use our wood fire cookery alongside our favorite spices to create a balanced and authentic culinary experience.

From the atmosphere, to the service (Gracie was our server, she was great), to the food, we had an amazing experience. We had never been to Paseo. We have been trying new local restaurants every weekend for six months and this was our number one so far. We will be back and we will tell our friends.

Just perfect- the space. The lighting, the food, cocktails and wine. A memorable experience. The food was Earthy, flavorful and perfectly prepared. Our server had the right energy, knowledge of the menu and was skillful at recommending wine pairings.

Another great dining experience at Paseo! It was my daughter’s birthday and her first time there and she loved it. The pianist played happy birthday and brought a dessert after the meal. Outstanding service, awesome menu and lovely ambiance!! It’s now in our rotation!!!

Reaaly good experience at Paseo for dinner last night. The octopus starter was delicious, generous, and well presented. My wife enjoyed the short ribs dish and I ate every last bit of the puttanesca with fire blackened shrimp (great sauce!). Our server was friendly and professional. This was our first visit. Based on our experience we recommend Paseo, and we’ll be back.

Paseo was a wonderful Valentine’s Day experience. From the live jazz to the exquisite dinner options, we had a memorable evening. Its being attached to the Myriad Hotel and Swim Club added to the feeling that you were on vacation, which I appreciated. We had octopus as a starter, which tasted extraordinary, and short rib and salmon for entrees. Both were plated in visually pleasing manners and tasted even better. For dessert, the cardamom and saffron flan was the perfect choice. The taste was perfectly rich and its complementary ingredients made it a flan that won’t ever be topped in my opinion. Their cocktail and wine selection is amazing, with my favorite being the espresso martini. All in all, a magnificent destination for a great many occasions.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. The octopus was an excellent choice as an appetizer but could easily be a meal. We also had the hummus which was amazing. I had the Rigatoni with short rib for dinner and will definitely order it again.

We were crazy about the salad and the carrots. Carrots we sent back and they were to hard. Salad was just meh. Rigatoni pasta was heavenly. Drinks are affordable.
