Great food! Shared everything with my partner and we ended up being so full. The savory croquettes 11/10. The honey and pepper combo made it! Chicken 10/10 so moist. The lamb ragu was so tender and the homemade pasta was 10/10. Drink were just ask impressive 9/10.

Fortunately I had made reservations in advance on open table as the ground floor restaurant can get very busy quickly! I had the pan roasted salmon with asparagus, spring vegetables & almonds. This is a very layered & flavorful dish with some surprises like ice lettuce that had a lemon flavor that was as surprising as it was delicious. My friend had the roasted chicken breast with spring onion, morels, wild rice & spinach. We exchanged bites & the chicken was moist & delicious with everything perfectly paired. The menu is focused selective but you will not be disappointed. The cocktails were also unique & well blended. They even have flavorful cocktails so everyone can celebrate together.

Overrated but good desserts. The service was slow. We sat for five minutes waiting for serving plates while our shared soup got cold. The wine and drinks list is also super limited.

I ordered the salmon and it was undercooked. Also we ordered 2 deserts and only got one. Our side dish arrived after our main meals.

Hello Gina. Thank you for your review. I apologize for your salmon being undercooked and apologize if the server didn't communicate that we cook the salmon medium rare to medium. One of the two desserts, the panna cotta requested isn't best suited for travel or for "to go" as it its prepared in our in house ceramic bowl. As a result, we presented the tiramisu, the second dessert, complimentary of the house. We would love to hear any additional feedback that may provide a better experience for guests. We thank you for visiting us hope to see you again.

Lovely, comfortable, somewhat informal. In an architecturally interesting hotel. Somewhat limited menu at breakfast.

Dinner was amazing! The attention to detail as we had a birthday there. The food was delicious. The foundation for which this concept is being built upon is what ALL the earth needs! We will be back for sure!!!
    PasqueResponded on April 15, 2025
Mark, we are elated that you decided to celebrate a birthday with us and even more elated that you had a great time! We agree that the Earth needs a little more love given back to it. We are proud to be able to give back to it in such as meaningful and impactful way.
