Amore, convivialità e grandi emozioni. Pastasuta est né d’une idée de Fulvia qui, en 2008, fonde un magasin de pâtes fraîches 100% italiennes. L’histoire commence alors avec une petite “gastronomia” au cœur de Padova (Italie) et plus tard, l’ouverture d’un restaurant dans le Bel Paese qui répond aux besoins des client(e)s les plus demandant en matière de régimes sains, équilibrés et dynamiques. Son fils, Alvise, après un diplôme en économie et quelques expériences à l’étranger, comprend que les produits italiens sont appréciés… voire chéris à travers le monde. Alvise décide donc de suivre les traces de sa mère, Fulvia. Il travaille d’abord en tant que chef en Italie, puis décide d’exporter ses connaissances dans la ville de la mode et de l’amour: Paris. Et nous y voici, Pastasuta Paris, prêt à satisfaire tous vos désirs culinaires grâce à des “pasta” fraîches et 100% italiennes.

We enjoyed a great meal here. The value, service, and food were exceptional. We also like the nice location near Hotel de Ville...super close to the metro. It was a nice change and exceeded expectations.

Service was very fast and food was really tasty. There were many great pasta dishes and being able to pick your kind of pasta was a great touch! Loved our experience here.
