   Our dining experience was a complete pleasure from beginning to end. This was our first time here. The restaurant decor is beautiful, the service incredibly attentive, the food superb and the noise level was minimal. We will be back soon!

   Wow, what a remarkable improvement from my previous visits to the iconic Pascal on Ponce! In the past, the food was good, but the atmosphere always left me feeling that the restaurant might close soon. To my surprise, a miracle happened: Executive Chef Alberto Pastor took over and spearheaded an incredible transformation. He revamped the decor, menu, and even the staff’s spirit. This time, the food was exceptional. We had the pleasure of speaking with the chef, who graciously invited us to try croquettes we hadn’t ordered and offered us a glass of wine. I’m thrilled to see Chef Pastor’s influence at Pascal, making it a vibrant addition to Coral Gables.

   We were greeted by the hostess and Sat us immediately , the food was excellent ! Starting with the white asparagus , also the lamb chops, and the grouper! The ambiance was so enjoyable ! Great dinner!

   We had not been there since the change of ownership and didn’t know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised by the change! We each had an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Everything was absolutely amazing! The French side and Spanish were both delicious. The service was also very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall we were impressed. The only negative was that it was very hot in the restaurant. I had to step out (on a hot and humid Miami evening) to cool off.

   We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The menu offers a fantastic selection of French and Spanish cuisine, and we tried several dishes from both — every single one was extraordinary.    Food was outstanding. Noise level was loud making conversation difficult. Service was average, needed to ask for top off on wine glasses on more than one occasion

    We had so much fun! It has a very lively atmosphere and delicious food. We absolutely loved everything! We had the specials. The octopus and croquettes were the standout appetizers. The chef was there and he was so kind. Don't forget to order the soufflé! We also had the cheesecake which was also outstanding! Wines were delicious and incredibly reasonably priced.
