   Food was pretty good. The tuna putenesca was terrific but the chicken parmigiana was disappointing to both who ordered it as it wasn’t pounded thin and the balance of the dish was off. The bread and seasoned oil is always terrific. The biggest issue was the volume of gnats or some other small bugs flying around in the restaurant. It was annoying to all and frankly gross. The place needs to be fumigated or something like that - we are very unlikely to go back any time soon.

   Waitress was excellent. Attentive and fun. Loved the garlic bread. Waitress recommended 2 orders and she was right….. delicious. However, food was average. Vodka pasta was more like penne pasta. Ordered my pasta not spicy, but came out very spicy. Steak ok, not great. Sides were expensive, especially for size of them, shareable for 2 not table.

   We were there for a 5 o’clock reservation for the early dining menu. The waitress disappeared around 5;30 and we missed the special. The $22 glasses of wine added insult to injury. Used to be one of our favorites. Now we’ll go to Alberto’s across the street

   Adjacent table had very loud talking. Asked the Manager to try to ask the party to “ hold it down”…! Manager responded there was nothing he could do. I explained this was a nice restaurant, not a sports bar. He did nothing !

   We had a wonderful experience at Pazzo’s tonight. Our server was kind, courteous and attentive (I believe his name was Rich) he is everything you would want in a server. Everything we ate was delicious …we had the meatballs, calamari, the garlic bread and Cesar salad to start, for dinner we had the espresso covered steak, chicken parm and rigatoni all yummy. For dessert we had the affacado(sp), cheesecake and they brought out gelato as a birthday surprise. I had the spring fling drink which was tasty while others in my party shared a bottle of wine. This was a birthday celebration for my 86 year old father in law. He is usually pretty grumpy and my husband leans on the negative side. Unbelievably neither one of them complained about anything (which never has happened in twenty years) so it was grand slam in my book. Thank you for making the night so enjoyable. We will definitely return!

   Chris, our waiter, was happy and pleasant. He wished us happy new year. He explained some dishes we had questions about, gave us recommendations, and his favorite dessert was a huge hit. We sat outside and had two heaters around us. Everyone was so friendly and warm. A real treat and the food was….. fabulous! A must try!

   Pazzo was a nice change up from the steak and seafood restaurants. A lively atmosphere, even loud but our party didn’t care. Service was great. My pasta was a little under cooked and my wive’s dish came out wrong and unfortunately we were about done with our dinner before the replacement came out. Seating is a little tight but very nice atmosphere.

   Our server was very attentive. We opted to sit inside because it was chilly. It was too loud. We were not able to carry a conversation at our 5 top table. The food was fine but not worth the cost. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and downtown Naples with the lights is very pretty.

   Best salmon dish in town. The poached pear salad outstanding. Can never go wrong with the spicy short rib rigatoni. Ask for Chris if you want outstanding service

    Prices of wine make the dinner not respectful. Service was amazing. Food was exceptional. Keep the prices down on drinks. It’s just not ok to charge $24 per glass. Horrendous and makes all of us want to eat at home with a group of people on lanai!
