   We have been dining at Pazzo Pazzo for years now. The menu choices continue to be extra special, and the food of excellent quality. It is pricey, so we frequent for special occasions only.

   Took my co-workers to this restaurant. We all enjoyed it immensely. The food was great and the outside seating was perfect. I would go back again any day.

   One of the worst places you can go in Morristown. Its an old disgusting place that's been there forever and is never cleaned, painted, or changed one thing. I would hate to see the kitchen. On this particular night this past weekend, we decided to go as a last minute thing. A terrible situation took place. We sat at the bar and were the only people at the bar, the bartender stayed at the other end and never came over, after 10 minutes of not even acknowledging us I had to ask the hostess to get her. She came over with a major attitude and finally took the drink order but again 10 minutes until she came back with them. We reluctantly ordered dinner at the bar. Now a second couple came and sat at the end of the bar near us and experienced the same thing, the man said to me "is it just me or is she deliberately ignoring us?" we said we are having the same issue. When she finally came the man said we are customers and expect to have service and the female bartender said' We don't have enough people working here this is all I can do" and very nasty! A few minutes after a Big busboy with tattoos and short sleeves rolled up comes up the guy next to me and starts yelling at him telling him not to yell at the bartender and a fight almost starts. The gentleman at the bar told the bartender very nicely when he said he wanted service but it turns out this busboy and this girl bartender are a couple and so he was being the big shot. Fortunately the manager who was not even the manger but a bartender filling in (Not a manager on the property on a Friday night)witnessed this entire ordeal and she handled it beautifully. Her name was Samantha and she was awesome. As for the bartender and busboy and the restaurant itself, don't waste your time or money in this dirty hole in the wall. They apparently are on hard times and cant afford the proper help and are struggling.

   Everytime I go here the Service is poor but it is very nice ambiance sitting outside. When the food runner brought my salad I asked for a side of dressing since they seemed to forget to bring it and he gave me attitude saying I ordered it dry, no dressing. I've never ordered a salad in my life with no dressing! The fact that he gave me attitude and then never brought me dressing bothered me. Then nobody came by to check on our food so I sat there for 15 minutes with my entree that I couldn't even eat.

   Despite having a reservation and it being located across the street from a conference center, they were completely unable to handle our party of 6. Salad and pasta took over 3 hours to be served. And no, they weren't pushing the drinks. We had to ask multiple times for them as well. It is a lovely spot, but don't go unless you're planning to hang out...for a while.

    The outside bar is terrific. Food was fantastic and service was professional, prompt, and courteous. Everyone on the staff was outgoing and friendly. Highly recommend this excellent "fit for foodies" gem.
