   I have been here many times always great. This encounter I made a reservation well in advance and confirmed it several times as prompted. Upon arrival at the time of our reservation our party of five was seated in the bar at a hightop for four. The staff dragged over another chair then eventually brought the fifth guest place settings etc. I was embarrassed in front of the other guests in my party since I made the recommendation to dine here The service and food were great as usual but the entire experience left me very uncomfortable and I’m not I’ll return since even my reservation for the dining room was not honored without even a hint of apology from the staff seating us.

   We were seated at a table for two in a very tight area of the dining room, which felt uncomfortable. The bar service was slow, and it took a while to receive our drinks. To make matters worse, we noticed a half dead mouse by another table and immediately informed the manager. Despite this issue, no complimentary gesture was offered to address the situation. This used to be one of our favorite places, but unfortunately, our recent visit left us disappointed.

   Normally we like Pazzo's very much, but Friday night was not the best. The service and ambience both were great however, the food not all that perfect. My tuna was excellent, but my wife's veal marsala was not. She complained to me about how tough the veal was and ate little of it. Our friend's chicken parm apparently was not up to her standards either as she also ate little and did not want to take it home. Her husband's meal was fine, and the salads were excellent. I'm not normally a complainer of the prices, but with tip and taxes our bill was $180 a couple (one drink each plus one desert and one coffee between the four of us). What I noticed that bumped up the bill a bit is that now, there is a charge for "rocks" that amounted to $3-4. I think my wife's Kettle and Tonic pricing out at $20 was a bit high while my very good martini was $16. So, bottom line is we like the place and will be back but maybe be more selective in what we order.

   We ordered about 6 apps to start. They came out at different times. I thought it was a good thing. The stuffed artichoke was good. But tell the chef to add an egg ti the stuffing mix to help hold it together. As always the limoncello wings were great. Even the mozzarella squares were awesome. I had the regular short rib entree. It was to due for. Fork tender. Veggies were cooked to perfection, not mushy or over cooked. All and all, very pleasant experience
