Sitting mighty high on the 101st floor of Hudson Yards, Peak impresses with its downtown and Jersey view, but you’d be wrong to downplay the food. Chef Rose Noel executes new American classics to the absolute nines — an excellent Brisket burger with housemade pickles included — so, if you’re looking to wow an out-of-towner (but not just), this is your spot.

Just fabulous. BUT $10 for 2 bottles of tap water? Really? I’ve never in my life been charged for tap water by anyone anywhere.

Everything was amazing as always! Wonderful way to celebrate a special day. It was my birthday and it was a fantastic lunch. Views are amazing! Service impeccable. Food was beyond. Highly recommend!!

What a special place above the clouds looking over the biggest buildings in NY and across from the Hudson Yard. Definitely a place everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.
