First morning we were not able to get a reservation, so we did a pickup and eat in the room. I do not recommend that. First they were way overwhelmed! I ordered grabbed coffee and headed back to the room to wait. Went down to pick up our food and it was lined up 5-6 deep. Left and came back 5 minutes later. Stood in front of the hostess for over 5 more minutes waiting to be served. Another gentleman came up to the stand and asked me if I had been helped, and I said no. She still ignored me. I stepped forward and she promptly helped another person who walked up. By this time I was pretty sure I was invisible. Finally I stepped forward inches away and asked if our food was ready. It was and of course it was ice cold. Breakfast the following Sunday morning was booked for 8:15 and was good. Excellent service. The chicken sausages are not that good. Chicken hotdogs. Gurnies restaurant was awesome. The drinks in the coffee bar were amazing. I had a whiskey sour and I’ll tell you it was delicious. Overall it was ok. We won’t go back.

Reservations recommended; can be made online with as little as 10min warning, if tables are available. Not a huge selection, but everything was delicious, correct temperature, well-timed and pleasing to the eye.

Very good staff. Breakfast foods are good. Dinner foods are very bad. Do not waste time or money on the steak dinner: bad cut of meat, tough and chewy despite being cooked medium rare and has essentially no flavour/seasoning, undercooked potatoes that are crunchy and inedible, a heap of dry unseasoned arugula that tastes as bad as it looks, and a handful charred tomatoes that are rubbery and flavourless. Yikes.

First they say it's a 1h 35 min table time for s dead restaurant order calamari was soft rubber full of oil. Only thing we enjoyed was the oysters. I had a 49 dollar 10 oz strip loin it had atleast 3 ounces of fat and s huge tendent. Potatoes were way undercooked. Had to apply slot of force just to cut it. The seafood linguine had no taste at all tasted lol cresm and olive juice. Not happy we're were so excited for s nice valentines dinner had totally wrecked. Then they gave us a free tart it was atlesst a ½ thick shell hard non edible. Over all staff was good but the kitchen was awfull only part we enjoyed were the oysters they don't even cook them Me and the girl friend will definitely not return and I would never recommend this place for anyone feels like a university cafeteria with a fancy menu.

For a $300 dinner for two, unfortunately I would not go back. There are more enjoyable restaurants to go to.

It is a challenge at times to have fish cooked properly in a restaurant. Two of us had Steelhead trout and it was delicious as were the add ons. Good value in dining with excellent service. Would recommend to reserve in advance of your stay to ensure the time you wish to dine.

Had two meals. Denny's type breakfast but not as good. Our two dinner entrees amongst the worst ever had in restaurant.

Our waiter was terrific but the food not so great. The stake was tough and grisly. The portions are smallish so don't go super hungry.
