Fuimos a este lugar a celebrar el 14 de febrero mi esposa y yo. El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor, tiene una excelente vista, desafortunadamente se tardaron alrededor de 1 y media en traernos dos pizzas y una ensalada, las pizzas en las orillas estaban falta de cocción no es que supieran mal pero si se sentía la masa un poco cruda. El servicio del personal en general estuvo regular, faltó más atención desde el momento que llegamos, no nos dieron menú ni nos dieron el QR. La verdad espere un servicio un poco más formal por motivo del día de San Valentín adicional de que ya tenía reserva y había dejado un depósito de 500 pesos que se me devolvieron en consumo, pero me dio la impresión de que no estaban bien organizados con el evento.

I was not very impressed with this place. There was one server and one chef for the entire rooftop. We waited almost 2 hours for our food and others got theirs before our appetizers even came. We asked to cancel and we left. The view is quite nice but service need to be way better !!! Seems like it is poorly ran.

Peccato es un lugar muy bonito con una vista de las más bonitas en Playa del Carmen, el servicio también es muy bueno, el personal muy servicial y amable, en cuanto a la comida el menú es un poco limitado para opciones de cena, las bebidas muy ricas y tienen gran variedad de opciones, mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien, recomendado 100%
