   We were a group of 5 that had all dined and had great experiences at Pellegrino 2000 before, however this latest experience was completely under standard. As a group of 5 we were forced to do the set menu which was very limiting and had little to no substitute options for dietaries. Our cocktails arrived well after our entrees were served, and our wine we ordered to go with dinner arrived midway through our mains. We had to follow up twice to see where our drinks were. There was a long wait for our dessert to arrive, which after a short period of time the bill was popped down, plates started to be cleared and we were told another booking was coming in, when we were clearly still eating & had lots left. The bill had to be amended twice, first time an extra bottle of wine had been included that we didn’t order. Second time, the desserts that were part of the set menu were charged individually. Overall really disappointed in this latest experience and unsure if / when we’ll be dining back there.

   Such an amazing place. Third time dining and it’s so so good. Love the premise, trattoria food but ramped up. We will be back, soon, and thanks again for everyone in the establishment. You don’t turn out such good food without everyone kicking goals.

   Had an absolutely exceptional, fabulous, gorgeous time with my friends here today. Dining in the cellar room felt like we had gone back in time. A nice feel of classy casual. The level of service was fantastic, with designated friendly waiters continually checking in and keeping us hydrated. The starter/share plates and cocktails were so tasty. Fuss free, and quaint. I look forward to going back.

   Great restaurant; super friendly staff who really made our night because we were running late and they couldn't have been kinder to us. Food is outstanding, atmosphere perfect.

   This was my 3rd time at the restaurant and unfortunately the music was just so load and so whacky it ruined the whole experience.

   Food and service was delicious! Lovely neighborhood spot with a sophisticated edge. One word of warning, the tables near the kitchen in the interior are very warm!! Beautiful and not loud necessarily, but be dressed accordingly!

    Easily one of Sydney’s best restaurants. The staff were lovely. The menu was the perfect size - not overwhelming and then there was the execution of the food. Probably the best Italian I’ve ever had! Thank you to the whole team for making it such a great experience. We’ll be back time and time and time again!!
