   - Food too spicy for people who are not used to it. We asked for the least spicy but it was impossible to eat. - Drinks served in plastic. Bottles of water given too. Felt more like to go, than dine-in experience. Glass would be more appropriate. - Our server was chewing gum the whole time. Not very professional. - One drink was served with a spoon that was shorter than the glass. When we left the spoon in the glass , you had to dip the finger in the drink to get it out. - Very noisy

   It was a difficult Saturday nite for service we arrived at 5 pm when Persis opened for dinner and it was slow from the start and got worse for other patron's as the 6:30 hour arrived. Who knows what happened the rest of the night. The server was very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Food was fantastic The Tandor Persis platter cooked and season to perfection , the Tikka chicken was also a share between us. The sauce from the tikka warmed the heart as comfort set in immediately upon the first spoonful. Basmati tender and fluffy and naan fresh and hot. Someone did take care creating the ambiance, you feel the Zen as soon as you walk in. Persis will be on our list as one of our favorites restaurants to frequent.

   What a flavorful aroma when you first walk into this restaurant. For opening week it was a great impression. Our server gave us good advice on things to try. The food was flavorful and authentic. Service was prompt. And everything came out hot and fresh. Can’t wait to return and try more items
