   Good evening meal. The North dry ribs are on of my favorites. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious although the lettuce leaves were smaller than usual. P.F. Chang’s never disappoints.

   I found my house lo mein to be dry (noodles) and overcooked (everything else). While it tasted good, it didn't taste especially fresh. That I found off-putting. My wife's Orange Chicken, though, was excellent. She enjoyed how tender the chicken was and had a good flavor. The lightly-fried green beans is an excellent appetizer. I recommend that above anything else. I will say that the service improved a lot since our last visit in 2023.

   P.F. Chang’s was not prepared to handle such a busy evening this Valentine’s Day. Food that was ordered was missed, then our food was given to another table. The waitress spilled water all over us and the floor and wiped it up with napkins leaving the floor wet and slippery, plates were breaking throughout our dining experience. We had more food comped by the manager than we ended up paying for. It was an unfortunate and unpleasant dining experience.

   Not a great experience. Upon arrival, noticed floors were messy, my cocktail was made incorrectly, one of our entrees was not up to normal standard. By the end of our meal, we received a water glass that was not clean and saw people being served soup in to go containers. Probably will not return.

   It took us quite a while to be waited on, and we were done with the appetizer before I rec’d my drink, but other than that, it was fine. The food was wonderful as always. I had Changs Spicy Chicken and my husband had grilled Kung Pao Shrimp and we upgraded to fries rice. For the up charge, there should be more in the rice than a couple of peas and a couple of pieces of carrot. It seems like it has out priced other restaurants in its class though. I would go back because I do love their food.

   Years ago when PF Changs opened it was really good food. Now, my family and I feel like it’s just gone down hill. Quality of food, decor, etc. They need to find the passion to make this a really good spot to eat again. We went in a Friday night at 7pm, when it should have been very busy, and over half the tables were empty.

   They have trimmed their menu so many favorite dishes are no longer available. They also no longer take coupons.

    Service was superb. Just the right level of attention and excellent service! Food is typically great, flavors are delicious and portions are just the right size. I love to order 2-3 different things and share them with my wife. Dessert was on the 'smaller' side, but I actually appreciated that. It was just enough to satisfy my sweet-tooth to wrap up a delicious meal. On the 'even better if', our ribs came out 'cold', and while they took steps to make it right, they where still not as hot as I would've expected them to be. That was just curious. Still they where very apologetic and nice about it.
