   I’m a long time fan of P.F. Chang’s, but something has changed. The food is just not as good as it used to be. It’s not bad, it’s just not the same. It doesn’t seem fresh. I ordered the Spicy Chicken and the chicken seemed to taste like previously frozen and battered chicken like you would by at the grocery store. Our favorite Hot and Sour soup was ok, but something seemed a little off there as well. Hopefully, things will improve. But it has been like this for the past several times we have visited. I’m not sure we will chance it again.

   Ordered the new teriyaki beef and it came out minus the peppers, but they graciously sautéed the missing item and brought it to the table.

   My order had warm and cold spots. Most of my broccoli was undercooked and cold. The sauce was runny. It was the worst PF Chang’s experience I’ve ever had. The other people in my group seemed pretty happy with theirs. I don’t know if it was because I needed gluten free or what. I have always had pretty good luck with P.F. Chang’s in the past.

   Service was great and the food was excellent. I have not eaten at PF Changs in over 15 years as the food was salty and over priced for the quality and quantity of food received. I was surprisingly shocked with our latest experience in Huntsville.

   Out of a lot of food. Incredibly expensive. Server was nice but had too many tables. Bar and kitchen were so slow. Poorly managed

   Sat us right next to kitchen. It was loud and of course a lot of traffic. There were other tables available.

   I got the spicy shrimp with noodles, it was really good. A little disappointed that we had to physically go to the bar area to get happy hour prices on our drinks.

    Only issue, we had an appetizer and soup. Our main course came to the table before we even started on the soup. We were not there for a FAST food dinner!!
