Our visit to P.F. Chang’s was 6/10 — but just that. The food was standard and good, exactly what you’d expect. Everything was well-prepared and tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out or wowed us. It’s a safe choice if you’re craving familiar flavors, but don’t expect anything over the top.

We had a great experience with PF Chang's celebrating my friend's birthday. I have always loved the food and was so happy be back. It did not disappoint. They also provided a complimentary chocolate cake and candle for celebrating the birthday. Fantastic night.

Our server was amazing!! So attentive and made sure we had the best time. Can’t recall her name which is a shame but she was incredible.

Positives: Seated quickly Good menu choices Negatives: Dirty cutlery and glasses Appetisers x 4 arrived 5 minutes apart, some arrived cold. Mains then arrived whilst eating first course. Was told kitchen couldn’t hold food back, had to take it now. Chicken tasted tough and re-heated/stale (only 1 main out of 4 met expectations). The orange chicken tasted of only spice/chilli, no orange taste. We have eaten here many times before and whilst had the occasional mediocre meal, in general the food is quite good. Our expectations are realistic however this meal and service was rude & disappointing to the degree that we would likely not come back or recommend. It was apparent that this particular restaurant had gone downhill.
